1. Book online, if you want an answer straight away

You can pick several treatments in one go and we'll set aside one longer slot, so a threading and a facial run back to back with no waiting in between.
2. Call, if you want to talk it through first
0424 326 982. Best if you're not sure which treatment you need, if you're asking about something for a wedding, or if you're running late for an appointment today. During a treatment the phone isn't always answered on the spot, so leave a message or send a text and you'll hear back.
3. Message us on Instagram or Facebook
We're on Instagram and Facebook. Good for a quick question, and the right place to ask whether something is suitable for your skin before you book it.
4. Walk in
Whenever there's a free chair, which for short treatments there often is. For anything longer, or on a Saturday, book first. If you're driving in from another suburb, book rather than chancing it, so the trip is never wasted.
Every price is on the price list before you arrive, so nothing gets added at the counter.
Where our clients drive from
Sayers Road runs east–west through Truganina and on into the suburbs either side of it, which is the practical reason most of our clients come from a fairly small patch of Melbourne's west. There's parking at the door, so you won't be circling the block before your appointment.

What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and closed Sunday.
Saturday is the first day to fill and late afternoons go next, so book ahead if that's when you need us.
Where exactly are you, and is there parking?

Sayers Road is the main road through Truganina, so it's a straightforward drive from Tarneit, Hoppers Crossing, Point Cook, Williams Landing, Laverton, Deer Park and Wyndham Vale.
Can I walk in, or do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome whenever there's a free chair, and for short treatments like threading that's often the case.
Longer appointments, waxing, facials and hair, are better booked. Booking guarantees your spot rather than leaving it to luck.
How do I change or cancel my appointment?
Your confirmation text has a personal link in it. Open that and you can reschedule or cancel yourself, up to 24 hours before your appointment, without ringing anyone.
Inside 24 hours, please call 0424 326 982 so we can offer the slot to someone else.
Do you have an email address?
The quickest ways to reach us are the phone and a message on Instagram or Facebook.
For an actual appointment, booking online beats all of them, because it shows you the times that are genuinely free instead of waiting on someone to reply.
What if I'm running late?
Call and tell us. We'll hold your slot where the diary allows it, and say so honestly if it doesn't, rather than rushing your treatment to catch up.
Can I ask about a price before I book?
You shouldn't have to. Every treatment and every price is on the price list, and the price you read is the price you pay.

How can I pay?
Card, PayID or cash, whichever suits you, and there's no card surcharge.
Nothing is taken up front: no deposit to book and no cancellation fee. You pay at the end of your appointment, at the price you were quoted.
Do you take bookings through the big marketplaces?
No. Bookings reach the diary through this website and the phone.
A few directories carry a page for the salon anyway, built by scraping public information rather than by us, so the hours and treatments on them aren't always right.
