These terms cover appointments booked with Drashti Beauty Salon, 260a Sayers Road, Truganina VIC 3029, whether booked through this website, by phone or in person.

Making a booking

A booking made on this website is a request for a specific time. We send a six digit code by SMS to confirm your mobile number, and an SMS confirmation once the appointment is booked. Your appointment is not held until you receive that confirmation.

We send a reminder by SMS about 24 hours before your appointment.

Changing or cancelling

Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel. That lets us offer the time to someone else. You can cancel from the link in your confirmation message or by calling the salon on 0424 326 982.

If you are running late, please call. We will always try to fit you in, but where a later start would run into the next customer's appointment we may need to shorten the treatment or rebook you.

Prices and payment

Prices shown on this website are the salon's current prices. They are a guide: the final price depends on the treatment actually performed, and longer or more involved work may cost more. We will always tell you the price before we begin.

No payment is taken through this website and we never ask for card details online. Payment is made in the salon after your treatment.

Treatments and your skin

Please tell us before your appointment about allergies, skin conditions, recent treatments, medication that affects your skin, or if you are pregnant. Some treatments are not suitable in those situations, and we may recommend an alternative or a patch test first.

Results vary from person to person. We will give you honest advice about what a treatment can and cannot achieve, but we cannot guarantee a particular outcome. If you are unhappy with your treatment, please tell us as soon as possible so we can put it right.

Photographs

We sometimes take photographs of a treatment for your record. We only do this with your agreement, and we will ask separately before using any photograph publicly. See our Privacy Policy for how these are stored.

This website

We keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but service details, prices and opening hours can change. If something here conflicts with what we tell you in the salon, the salon is correct.

General

Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
